A MANIFESTO AGAINST SAMENESS

In 2018, the construction business was going through an emblematic moment: stocks of low- and medium-cost properties increased exponentially, and the demand did not keep up with supply. VH, a construction company and property developer recognized for its minimalist projects, implemented a launch action and created, together with BlaBlu, a strategy for its newest venture: Aurum.

Aurum already had a different shell. Questioner by nature, the property was launched under an omni-channel strategy, which combined a strong digital presence and traditional media. In addition to a language that translated differentiated design and architecture, the pieces indicated a little of this lifestyle proposed by VH.
